15 {Almost} Hot Web Ideas!

If you’re lucky enough to be granted an endowment fund but have little or no experience in anything Webbie, you might want to consider looking at these, as the future of what could be your next jumpstation for doing business online might be pretty slim {you can otherwise hire my team and I to spend your worthy dollars if you’re not afraid of winning!}.

Don’t take my word for it – success still accounts for hard work, perseverance and believe it or not, luck! These ideas apart from Social Networking sites are the buzz at the moment and if you tweak an arm and a leg and maybe some code, who knows what you’ll come up with.

1/. de-noted is a blog to see what would happen if you release a question written on a bank note. There is no agenda, no manifesto, just an idea that started last time I went to pay for my breakfast.

2/. Your level of involvement is up to you; guess what movie or book the users act out in their seconds-long videos, or get in there and act out your own challenges.

3/. The idea for the digi-scrapbook™ was born from my own frustration, but made possible by the incredible designers and web developers I’ve had a chance to work with along the way.  All of our pages were designed by moms.  I hope you enjoy How Fast They Grow™ and digi-scrapbook™ as much as I’ve had making this “baby idea” come to life.

4/. Mint will track what you’re spending and what you owe, compile budgets for you, alert you if anything unusual is going on in your account, etc.

5/. This highly scientific *cough* test determines your level of caffeine intake by measuring how fast you can click your mouse. The test will last for 30 seconds, during which you must click the button below as many times as possible.  Good branding!

6/. You can read your installments wherever you receive e-mail/RSS feeds, including on your Blackberry and iPhone. Installments arrive in your Inbox according to the schedule you set.

7/. Zotero works on your Firefox browser to help you organize and keep track of your links, notes, and photos that you need to finish up your research.

8/. Wii Transfer makes it easy to share music, pics, and movies right on your Wii using the Internet Channel on your console.

9/.  Aside from the usual $2.99 for library titles and $3.99 for new releases, now you can find all the $0.99 iTunes rentals each week.

10/. Spam Is Poetry has created an entire website that takes spam and creatively transforms it into eloquent and poetic pieces of written work. Now if only it arrived in our inboxes like this!

11/. Piclens allows you to gloss over thousands of photos from sites like Flickr, Photobucket, and Google Images, in a classy and sleek 3D slideshow.

12/. An aesthetically motion clock screensaver expressed with heavy Helvetica dropping into H20!

13/. Find your favorite living authors blogging, recording podcasts, and chatting online in one place.

14/. A video game designed by McGill University researchers can help train people to reduce the production of the stress-related hormone cortisol.

15/. Sweet Home 3D is a download for Windows, Macs, Solaris, and Linux, and it enables you to put a virtual version of your house together, and rearrange your furniture online! Add in measurements and the pieces you have {or are thinking of getting} to the 2D window, and the window below applies them for a 3D view.
