RE: Reference No: 170544798
Maxis Malaysia Berhad, Malaysia’s biggest IPO valued at USD3,3B on 12th October charged me an exorbitant fee of RM2, 7+K to my 2nd “complimentary” SIM account that was earlier charged at RM4K+ when I was recently in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After telling them politely and they ‘agreeing’ verbally on the phone {and in an email dated 5th October} asking for my credit card number to undertake a ‘chargeback’, and finalizing the issue with the ‘chargeback’ being reflected on my CC statement. It did on the 12th of October for RM2, 779.21!! and all they can say in an email dated 15th October, that they’re sorry for the inconvenience?
