A 2007 research report from the *PEW Internet Project reports that only 47% of Americans have a broadband connection and that the adoption rate of broadband has slowed significantly compared to prior years. What happens when the World {not just the USA} is not equipped to receive and assist in an RWE? With browser wars escalating, who is at a loss ?

postscriptum: for those doing visualization from “The Secret” book, and seeing cheques coming to your mailbox instead of bills - it works! I just received a cheque for something I have never, in a million years, expected. Now to tweak that visualization technique and add a couple more zeroes in there.
